All students (years 7-12) can access their personalised Course & Assessment Planners through their One-School account. These are also distributed via email to students.
Assessment & Testing in years 7-12 is carried out in accordance with the North Lakes State College Assessment Policy. All students and parents/caregivers are highly encouraged to regularly review this policy document and ensure it is adhered to.
Assessment & Testing in years 11-12 (General & Applied Subjects) is also carried out in accordance and compliance with the Queensland Curriculum and Assessment Authority's (QCAA) policies and procedures. (QCE/QCIA). Both NLSC and the QCAA recognises that some students have a disability, impairment and/or medical conditions, or experience other circumstances that may be a barrier to their performance in assessment. Access arrangements and reasonable adjustments (AARA) are designed to assist these students.
Students in years 10-12, undertake regular testing and assessment through Block Exam Periods. Provisional dates for Block Exam Periods in 2021 can be found on the right-hand side of this page.
