Student password changes

21/01/2019
With school due to recommence in the coming weeks, the college has allocated time and space for returning\commencing students to have their passwords changed.

This will occur on Monday 21st - Wednesday 23rd in the Experiential Centre in EC25 from 1:00 - 2:30pm.

Passwords can also be reset by attending the Payments\IT window from 11:00 - 12:30pm from the beginning of next week.

Once school resumes, students will be able to attend the IT window before school or during breaks to have their passwords changed, or can have their classroom teacher change it for them should the need arise.

The colleges IT staff look forward to assisting you and your students in all their required needs during the back to school period.

Update: If when logging into OneSchool your students recieves an error like 'Account disabled due to innactivity", you will need to contact the college and have this reported to IT. They will log a job for you to have your student's account unlocked.

Parents of students who have not yet had a password reset may still be able to access their timetables before returning to school if they use QParents. If you have signed up for QParents, timetables of students in grades 7-12 can also be found and printed off from within it. To sign up for QParents today please use this link https://qparents.qld.edu.au and the invitation code sent to you by the college, or contact the college today.
